Thanks for looking at my post. Sorry for the unusual format. I forget that disk images are not that commonly used on IBM-type computers. I hope the new link will work more easily.

The first few seconds of the album sound promising - thank you.

I think it was released too early - if it was made 7-8 years later, now we would talking about one of the best albums of the 'neo-folk' scene. Musically I can place it between Sharron Krauss and Courage of Lassie. Thanks.

Beautiful crafted songwriting, reminds me a bit of early Al Stewart with some echoes of Robert Wyatt. Thanks a lot for the gift.

Thanks to the Lost-in-tyme (great blog, BTW), I discovered this outstanding album. Surprised me.:)
Can't wait for the new stuff, Roger. :)

Man, I liked this. I guess I'll be listening to this album along with the Baez's and MacLean's music. I've recommended it to those of my friends who like this king of music too.

BTW, is the CD still available? I'd like to buy one or two, if possible.

If anyone is interested in buying an original copy of the CD, I still have a VERY limited number available. Only 500 were pressed. They are still shrink-wrapped and have a full fold-out lyric booklet inside. I can sell the CDs for £7 each, including shipping to anywhere in the world. I have a PayPal account that I use for eBay, so that might be the easiest way to forward a payment.

Thanks again for your interest

Can you send me a bill for two CDs? Or should I order it through ebay?

This is to Igor and anyone else who would like to order the original CD: Can you please e-mail me directly at rogerhumphreys@yahoo.ca so that we can communicate privately about shipping addresses and payment? Thanks

Hello Roger,

thank you for sharing your album with the world. It is incredible and I love everything about it. Great and catchy melodies, meaningful lyrics, warm vocals, sparse but interesting instrumentation, and all recorded by one person in a basement studio!
People compare it to various artists (Barrett, Renbourn) and at first the music reminded me of some Celric-flavoured tracks by Donovan but mostly of the great first album by the Irish band Tir Na Nog. Like that record, to me your album exudes the air of tranquility and calm and excitement and magic at the same time...Well, I have listened to it several times now and it only gets better with each listen. And now it does not remind me of any other artist anymore, it is a unique and original album in its own right. I sure hope you will release it again one day, this music deserves to be heard. Thanks again, Roger!

can someone repost this? I don't understand why it is deleted if the artist posted it himself!

I have re-upped the album with a new link. Thanks for calling the deletion to my attention. No idea who did it! - Roger

Great... happy I can hear it now too... here in Malaysia this kind of music is 100% unavailable:) And to my shame I have to admit I have not heard of Mr. Roger Humphries... but that is now history:)

Thanks for the beautiful music!
All tracks are high class folk indeed. Atmosphere on Cymbeline reminds me to best creative-melancholic tracks from Dead Parrots Society LP’s, and I don’t stop listen now!!! Thanks again.

PS please tell me about different size here 42.8MB vs. 50.4MB from Lost In Time site? Same track included with bigger bit rate, or what?

Hello Roger,

this is Julia. Marian gave me your CD and I listened to it many times already; it is wonderful and it also made me cry. I really hope that you can write and record more beautiful music in the future. I often travel on my own all around the world - but your music would be the company that I would not mind bringing with me everywhere!

If The Rest of The Album lives up to
to this First Track The Vision
Cymbeline I was trying to think who this reminds me of it`s like a unicelluarvocal version of early Magna Carta or possibly Trader Horne
also a softer John Renbourn I`d love to Hear You Duetting with say an Early Jaqui McShee or Sweet Sandy Denny not Forgetting Judy Dyble
Are You Sure You`re Canadian because You Sound Like A British Sixties Folk singer all I can guess is The Blood Runs Strong I think this will be come a Family Favourite Thank You for Such a Lovely Gift Roger believe it will be most appreciated Now that I did not expect Shades of Hendrix`s EXP!!!
This Album just gets better with every track I will most definitely keep My Eye Out for Any Future Postings Again Thank You Roger
